Forrest Yoga
To paraphrase my teacher, Ana Forrest, creatrix of Forrest Yoga: If you’re human, and you have a body, this is for you. Come to this class if you want to reduce your stress levels, get stronger, relieve physical tension, get superhero abdominal muscles, work skillfully with fear, find your inner power source, strip the dullness and stuckness from your body to reveal new and extraordinary life, build your courage and resilience, and become the person you most want to be. Yes, all of that.

Core Flow
Make no mistake, if you take any type of yoga from me, I will get you into your core. It’s that important. In Core Flow, you’ll learn the subtle and not-so-subtle functions of your core and how it supports you through a flowing style of yoga. You will leave class feeling focused, alive, and powerful. You will also, at least once during class, get your butt kicked. Yogically, of course.
