Private Sessions

If you are:

- Intensely curious

- Motivated

- Willing to show up, be seen, and work

… private yoga is for you. You can be a total beginner, you can have an injury or condition that keeps you out of group classes at your local studio, or you can be an advanced practitioner who needs a deep dive in order to keep growing. I’ve worked with all of them.

Now, if you just ruled yourself out, because you think you’re not curious, motivated, or willing to be seen… contact me anyway. I know there’s a part of you that’s all of those things, and I think it’s high time you uncovered it. Don’t you?

Semi-Private Workshops

Not the one-on-one type? I got you. Gather 2-3 of your closest yoga friends and I’ll take you through a personalized workshop. Just agree on an area of focus (e.g. backbends, stress relief, shoulder mobility, etc.), and you’ll still get plenty of individual instruction. Plus your friends will credit you for turbo-charging their practices, too. Bonus.

Great for deep dives, birthday gifts, and even wedding parties. (Stress relief, anyone?)

Group Classes

Forrest Yoga

To paraphrase my teacher, Ana Forrest, creatrix of Forrest Yoga: If you’re human, and you have a body, this is for you. Come to this class if you want to reduce your stress levels, get stronger, relieve physical tension, get superhero abdominal muscles, work skillfully with fear, find your inner power source, strip the dullness and stuckness from your body to reveal new and extraordinary life, build your courage and resilience, and become the person you most want to be. Core Flow

Make no mistake, if you take any type of yoga from me, I will get you into your core. It’s that important. In Core Flow, you’ll learn the subtle and not-so-subtle functions of your core and how it supports you through a flowing style of yoga. You will leave class feeling focused, alive, and powerful. You will also, at least once during class, get your butt kicked. Yogically, of course.
